Leading the way with a performance that is by far the best of the season was Bam Adebayo finishing the night with 34 points. Finishing the Cleveland starting lineup would be Jarrett Allen scoring four points and coming off the bench for the Cavs would be De'Andre Hunter finishing with 16 points.
With the Heat missing several key players it was an impressive outing having the lead with two minutes remaining 107-106. The Heat would not score again and an apparent tying three-pointer by Robinson would be waved off due to Robinson stepping out of bounds. Jaime Jaquez Jr was out with an ankle sprain as well as Nikola Jovic with a broken hand. Kel'el Ware would miss the game with a knee sprain meanwhile Andre Wiggins was out with an ankle sprain. The biggest miss was Tyler Herro out with a head cold.
Adebayo was a force to be reckoned with making all nine of his free throws as well as recording 12 rebounds in 38 minutes. Kevin Love played his first game in Cleveland since signing with the Heat two years ago. The Cavaliers would become one of seven teams who would have three double-digit winning streaks in the current season. The Cavaliers were able to do just enough to hold off the Heat defeating them 112-107.
Up next for the Miami Heat is a home game welcoming the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Kaseya Center.
