Miami Heat vs Phoenix Suns
The losing streak for the Miami Heat is now up to six after a loss on the road to the New York Knicks. Much better play from Miami in the game against New York but still wasn't good enough. Heat fans are worried as they're not hearing that reassurance that we usually would hear from Jimmy Butler during a slump. Miami would welcome another tough team in the Phoenix Suns to the Kaseya Center.
Butler once again was the main man on the night for Miami leading them in scoring with 26 points. Terry Rozier scored 21 points and followed by Tyler Herro with 17 points. Bam Adebayo was having an off night with just 8 points. Caleb Martin and Josh Richardson coming off the bench with just 12 points each.
Eric Gordon led the way for the Suns scoring 23 points coming off the bench. Devin Booker scored 22 points followed by Kevin Durant with 20 points and Bradley Beal with 19 points. The Suns are on fire finally getting their lineup healthy and back together.
The Suns led the Heat as many as 28 points and went into the final quarter leading 100-74. Miami were able to cut into the lead 115-105 but were shutout the rest of the game. Phoenix would have 48 bench points. The Heat would fall 118-105 and dropping their 7th straight game and the worst it has been for the Heat franchise since 2008.
Up next for the Miami Heat is a home game welcoming the Sacramento Kings to the Kaseya Center.
