Miami Dolphins vs Baltimore Ravens
The Miami Dolphins took their first road trip of the season to M&T Bank Stadium to face the Baltimore Ravens. Many believe this would be the first test for the Dolphins as the Ravens would be coming off of a victory in week one as well.
If there was any question whether Tua Tagovailoa, this performance was just confirmation. Tua would throw for six touchdowns on the day with four of them coming just in the fourth quarter. Miami would overcome a 28-7 deficit in which the connection between Tua and Tyreek Hill would play a major factor.
The Dolphins did not start the game off well giving up an explosive run back on the very first play of the game. This would be the theme of the first half with the defense allowing the Ravens to have these explosive runs and receptions way down the field. Lamar Jackson would put up MVP numbers and give a reason on why the Ravens should pay him more.
Tyreek Hill would finish the game with 11 catches for 190 yards and two touchdowns while his counter part Jaylen Waddle would go for 11 catches for 171 yards and two touchdowns which one of those two would be the game winning touchdown with 14 seconds left on the clock to complete the comeback.
The Miami Dolphins defeat the Baltimore Ravens by a final score of 42-38 to go on to start the season off 2-0. We've never seen something like this from the Dolphins in recent memory and its definitely a reason to fear this team as well as take them seriously.
Up next for the Miami Dolphins is a home game welcoming AFC East rivals the Buffalo Bills.
