The British Grand Prix
This weekends race at Silverstone in England was rated by most F1 fans as the most exciting Grand Prix of the season so far. A red flag occurred right off the bat when Zhou Guanyu was flipped and slid over to one of the grand stands hitting the barrier and flipping once again. The race was delayed at least 30 minutes as Guanyu was stretchered out into an ambulance that would take him for further evaluation. Alfa Romeo would later confirm that Guanyu was safe and healthy. Not much would occur to the dying laps of this race. Ferrari teammates Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc would battle for P1 with Sainz beating his teammate. Leclerc would fall all the way to P4 after a three-way battle with Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez. This was not a great race for Max Verstappen finishing P8 and taking a hit in the leadership table. Verstappen in the final two laps had pressure from Mick Schumacher who would score his first points of the season finishing P9. Let's take a look at how the weekend in Silverstone played out.
