Three Straight Eastern Conference Finals for the Florida Panthers
The Florida Panthers had a chance to close out the Toronto Maple Leafs at the Amerant Bank Arena in Game 6 but the game stayed scoreless until halfway of the third period where the Leafs scored twice forcing a game 7. The Panthers showed their record in game sevens at the Scotiabank Arena silencing the Leafs fans who rained boo's on their own team. The Panthers would dominate advancing to their third straight Eastern Conference Finals where they will face the Carolina Hurricanes. The Toronto Maple Leafs once again leave much to be desired and do not meet expectations that were set from many pundits and fans.
