Miami FC vs Indy Eleven
Miami FC starts the game off with bad defense and ends up giving the Indy Eleven an
easy penalty in the 3rd minute by Jack Blake,1-0. Miami FC are trying to be physical but
most efforts are being wasted due to bad passing and poor communication. The Indy
Eleven are just dismantling this Miami defense, which had led to a corner for Indy and then
Aodhan Quinn lasers an absolute monster from outside the box, 2-0 in the 18th minute.
Halfway through the first half and despite their best efforts, Miami FC just cannot seem to
get any offensive rhythm established. Indy continues to be the aggressor and secure
themselves a set piece on the right side of the attacking half. The set piece ends up
resulting in a header by Patrick Hogan in the 35th minute, 3-0.
First half ends with Indy Eleven leading 3-0.
A third of the second half has passed, and still no signs of life from Miami. It looks like
Indy is playing heavy defense to run the clock. Out of nowhere... Kevin Hoyos scores for
Miami FC from inside the box defended by three of Indy’s eleven. 3-1 in the 65th minute.
Miami’s offense/defense is going to need to start picking up the pace if they want to at
least tie. Unfortunately, the Miami FC fall to the Indy Eleven 3-1. Miami FC tried to make a
comeback late, but it wasn't in the cards tonight.
