Florida Panthers vs Carolina Hurricanes
After a struggle the last few games the Florida Panthers seemed to have found their mojo once again starting with a victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs. This comes after Florida fell four straight games to Winnipeg, Chicago, Colorado, and Washington. After the victory against Toronto the Panthers would turn their attention to a home and away series against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Game 1: Panthers 6-3 Hurricanes
A.J. Greer and Anton Lundell both scored in the third period after the Panthers blew a lead to the Hurricanes helping them win 6-3.
Game 2: Panthers 6-0 Hurricanes
Spencer Knight had a phenomenal game stopping 20 shots and the Florida offense firing on all cylinders defeating the Hurricanes 6-0.
Next up for the Florida Panthers is a road game visiting the Pittsburgh Penguins.
