Miami Dolphins vs New England Patriots
The Miami Dolphins were back at Hard Rock Stadium this weekend looking to get back in the win column after losing on the road last weekend to the Philadelphia Eagles. Miami welcomed the struggling New England Patriots but they're not to be disrespected. The Patriots would take down the Buffalo Bills recently and prove to be a tricky matchup.
The Dolphins looked to continue to keep their home winning streak alive as no particular Miami player had a huge game. It was an overall collective effort by the team to put up a fight against this New England team that refused to be put away easily.
Mac Jones would throw for 161 yards which is less than the 265 he had against Buffalo including one interception. The Patriots defense had a hard time containing the dual threat of Waddle and Hill like many defenses around the league.
Tua Tagavailoa would finish the afternoon going for 324 yards with three touchdowns and one interception improving his record to 6-0 against New England. Jaylen Waddle would end his afternoon with 7 catches for 121 yards and one touchdown. Tyreek Hill would cap his day with 8 catches for 121 yards and one touchdown.
Jalen Ramsey coming back from injury and having his debut with Miami would earn himself a pick erupting the crowd at Hard Rock Stadium. A score by Waddle for 31-yards would end the afternoon giving Miami the win 31-17.
Next up for the Miami Dolphins is a game in Frankfurt, Germany taking on the Kansas City Chiefs.
