The Miami FC vs Indy Eleven
A great run of form for The Miami FC has put them in a playoff position but the question is can they maintain it until the end of the season? Consistency has been something that has been lacking from the squad this season so this brings up concerns for Miami fans. They welcomed in Indy Eleven to FIU Stadium for a chance to continue the run of form.
The beginning of the match was a sleeper with not much action going on. Indy Eleven controlled the possession as both teams continued to find their rhythm in the match. This would send the match into the dressing room all knotted up at 0-0.
In the 51st minute it would be the away side who would pull ahead 1-0 off of a header. There was absolutely nothing the goalkeeper could have done to save it.
Miami would try to fight back into the match especially enjoying lots of possession and breaking Indy's back line several times but nothing coming of it.
The home side would never find the back of the net despite their efforts and the winning streak would come to an end at home. Indy Eleven would go on to defeat Miami by a final score of 1-0 earning the +3.
