After a three-week summer break it was time to go lights out and back to racing. The second half of the season kicks off from the Netherlands which would be Max Verstappen's home race. Verstappen is trying to win his 9th consecutive race which would tie the all-time record with Sebastian Vettel. Ferrari continues to have a disastrous season meanwhile Mercedes who are in second of the constructors are so far behind Red Bull. Daniel Ricciardo injured his hand in practice making way for Liam Lawson to take over at AlphaTauri. The weather in Zandvoort also played a big factor in the race even causing a red flag at the later stage. 






Qualifying:

3. George Russell- Mercedes 
4. Alex Albon- Williams 
5. Fernando Alonso- Aston Martin





Final Results:

1. Max Verstappen- Red Bull
2. Fernando Alonso- Aston Martin 
3. Pierre Gasly- Alpine 
4. Sergio Perez- Red Bull
5. Carlos Sainz- Ferrari
