The Miami FC vs FC Tulsa

The Miami FC vs FC Tulsa

Finally the streak is over and The Miami FC enter a match looking to build off of a positive result. Miami looks to pick up the slack as they currently sit in 11th of the Eastern Conference just five points off a playoff position. They would hit the road to face FC Tulsa who currently sit in 7th of the Eastern Conference with 22 points.

The most consistent player on the squad and has been a threat as of recent is striker Kyle Murphy. Behind his goal scoring, Miami has been very motivated in these matches. Murphy would bring the attention of the Tesla defense.

The Miami defense has been playing great as of recent and made things difficult for Tulsa offensively. The home side has been really inconsistent all year long so you never which Tulsa side you're going to get. When they're on the same page, any defense on the league has to be on alert.

Tulsa had been dangerous on the counter attack all night long and that is where first blood was drawn. It would arrive in the 71st minute with Miami defenders were trailing and scrambling to get back meanwhile Tulsa calmly picked a spot and slotted it home for 1-0.

Miami tried to make a comeback but would not be enough and would be right back into the loss column. FC Tulsa wins the match 1-0 denying the visiting team to build off a positive result to push for a playoff spot.

Next up for The Miami FC is a home match against the Charleston Battery welcoming them to FIU Stadium.
