Miami Marlins vs St. Louis Cardinals
Not the start to the second half of the season that Miami fans were hoping for. The trade deadline is right around the corner and many fans are wanting a move especially in the bullpen. The Marlins were swept by the Orioles on the road and now move on to Busch Stadium to face the St. Louis Cardinals. Miami got the better of St. Louis the last time they faced off just not long ago.
Game 1: Marlins 4-6 Cardinals

Nolan Arenado drives in four runs to open the series with a 6-4 victory for the Cardinals.
Game 2: Marlins 2-5 Cardinals
Edward Cabrera vs Jordan Montgomery
It was Nolan Arenado once again this time coming to the rescue and winning the game for the Cardinals 5-2 with a three-run homer.
Game 3: Marlins 4-6 Cardinals
Sandy Alcantara vs Dakota Hudson
Nolan Gorman had four RBI's that lifted the Cardinals to a 6-4 victory and a series sweep.
Next up for the Miami Marlins is a home weekend series welcoming the Colorado Rockies to loanDepot Park.
