Louisville City is a team that's had The Miami FC's number whether it's been through the playoffs or in the regular season. Miami has already fallen to Louisville once this season but this time they're at home and picking up steam in form as the playoffs loom.
Miami continue to threaten teams early on with their pace and intensity which is the reason for many of their positive results. It would strike again here with Kyle Murphy bringing the only difference in this match at the 4th minute mark making it 1-0. A big reason for Miami's defensive efforts was goalkeeper Connor Sparrow who had fans out of their seats applauding the effort and once again another clean sheet.
The shutout was the team's third straight and their sixth in the last eight matches. Despite dominant statistics by Louisville , it wasn't enough to take down this Miami team.
