Players Only Meeting leads to Victories

Marlins flipping the script after improvised meeting helps players relieve some of the tensions
that were circulating in the locker room. Apparently, most of the criticism is towards their best
player, Jazz Chisholm, because of how he dresses and acts before games. You could also say
that plenty of games have been lost because of the bullpen. There is no doubt that the Marlins
are trying to improve their chemistry and get some more wins to at least catch up to the division
leader, the New York Mets. After taking 2 of 3 games against the Houston Astros this past
weekend, the Marlins currently sit 2 games behind the Phillies. The next seven games will
determine if the Marlins have what it takes to be a good baseball team. In the next 7 days,
Miami will face the Phillies @Philadelphia in a 3-game series then go on to play the New York
Mets @NY in a 4-game series. If Miami can sweep the Phillies, they’ll be third in the NL EAST,
which would put us in great position to take second from Atlanta. If venting your feelings about
the team and its players ethics gets us some wins, then I am all for it and Marlins fans should be
too.
