Inter Miami CF vs New England Revolution
Inter Miami CF enter this match on a streak of four wins with the hottest striker in the league in Leonardo Campana and looking to extend the streak. The Revolution on the other hand have not been performing the best but have just gotten back to full health in their defense. This is the second time this season these two clubs meet with Miami taking the first match up 3-2.
It was a rough start in Boston but things never got better at GK Nick Marsman would thread a pass down the middle to Jean Mota who missed it leaving the ball at the feet of Carles Gil. Gil would give a pass to the left side of the 18 finding Damian Rivera who would score his first ever MLS goal just a minute into the match giving New England the 1-0 lead.
Things would just get worse for Miami who would lose Campana in the 10th minute due to injury leaving no attack for the Herons. Later on the match defender Aime Mabika would go out due to injury as well but those two injuries aren't the biggest of problems. Now you add two red cards in this match for Damion Lowe and Jairo Quinteros which means suspension along with those injuries. Phil Neville will have to call up some guys from the second division squad.
To seal the deal in the 64th minute was Adam Buska who would not only deliver the 2-0 lead but deliver all three points for the Revolution.
Inter Miami CF will continue on the road next weekend facing expansion team Charlotte FC.
