2022 FIFA World Cup Draw
Finally the moment soccer fans all over the world had been waiting for, the FIFA World Cup draw. An event after the qualification process that showcases the fate for each qualified country on who they will face to open up the tournament. The event opened up with live performances showcasing the culture/customs of the host nation Qatar. The FIFA World Cup trophy was presented on stage by defending champion Frances head coach Didier Deschamps who won the trophy both as player and coach. Before the draw occurred there was a speech made by FIFA President Gianni Infantino who labeled this as a tournament to bring the world together referring to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
