Azerbaijan Grand Prix
The next round in the F1 season brought us to Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. It was an interesting weekend with qualifying being an absolute disaster with multiple red flags extending the session as long as a race. It was not a good weekend for constructors leaders McLaren with Oscar Piastri crashing out and Lando Norris not having the pace to be out in front. Ferrari continue to struggle with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc finishing 8th and 9th. Carlos Sainz gained his first podium with Williams after a strong weekend and called it the best podium of his career. Max Verstappen had a gap of 14 seconds and looked like 2023 Verstappen.
