The big headline in this series between the Miami Marlins and Los Angeles Dodgers had nothing to do with the home team. loanDepot Park was being filled with Dodger fans and baseball fans in general for a chance to see history. Shohei Ohtani had a chance in Miami to reach the 50/50 mark which is 50 homers and 50 stolen bases. On the last day of the series he was able to hit that mark in which he grabbed two stolen bases and three straight homers.

Jesus Sanchez would double twice and bring in three runs helping the Marlins open the series with a 11-9 victory.
Game 2: Marlins 4-8 Dodgers
Ryan Weathers vs Landon Knack
Homers from Will Smith and Tommy Edman brings the Dodgers right back into the series with the 8-4 victory.
Game 3: Marlins 4-20 Dodgers
Edward Cabrera vs Jack Flaherty
Shohei Ohtani hits three homers with 10 RBI's helping Los Angeles demolish Miami by a final score of 20-4.
