Canadian Grand Prix

For the first time this season the drivers would have to experiment racing in the rain and using those slick tires. Ferrari had a treacherous weekend with both cars not finishing the race as well as Sergio Perez who comes off a contract extension with Red Bull but had another terrible weekend. McLaren once again looked like they were the team to beat. Pierre Gasly coming off the news that his teammate Esteban Ocon would not return to Alpine next season would defeat him once again. Mercedes showed up to play in Montreal being quick all weekend.
